Parents

Well, it's a week into school and I still don't have my text books. When I'm feeling selfish and angry, I blame my parents. I get angry at them and just want to blame everything that goes wrong in school on them. Right now, I'm sensible, so I understand that it's not their fault. I'm okay, and everything is fine.

Right now money is a little tight at my house. We aren't poor, and we aren't struggling, it's just a little difficult in between paychecks. Sometimes my parents will borrow money from siblings and I. I kind of want to get a job to help out, but I know my parents don't want that. My mom likes the idea of me getting a job in general, but not if it's for that kind of thing. I probably will get one though this summer. I worry about things sometimes, but my mom definately doesn't want me to. So I don't really think about it.

I'm the oldest and have one brother and one sister. My sister used to be really nice, but now she's really tough. She's on a travel softball team and is a major athelete. We get along, I guess, but we don't really talk. My brother and I either play video games together and get along, or fight like cats and dogs. I tease him mercilessly, I really do, and make him go crazy. I think I've made him cry a few times. I do feel a little bad about it sometimes. But other than that, we get along great when talking about shounen or video games.

I love my family, and I love doing things with them. We have great times at my grandpa's farm and family game nights. But... I feel really crowded in my house. I like it best when I'm the only one home. I once told Keith this, and he has four brothers and sisters. I suppose it makes sense for him to scoff at that. I do like having the house to myself. It happens enough, too, thank God.

Well, off to the grind. And by that I mean homework. I'm going to invite that kid to homecoming tonight, so wish me luck.
