Practice

Hey, got back from practice. I'm on cross country! Skiing? Where do you live? No, no. Not that cross country. It's cross country running! Yay! I know whay you're thinking. Ewwww... Running... but I'm one of those crazy people who enjoy running. And most runners agree that you do have to be crazy to run.

There's also a lot of awesome quotes on running. Here's one:

It really is fun though. A lot of work. But fun. My best 5 k, about 3.1 miles, is 29:17. Pretty good if I do say so myself.

However, sadly, this was last year. This year my time is A LOT worse because some medical issues popped up. Ugh. Here's a short explanation. You heard of acid reflux? Heart burn? Well I have that times about a thousand. It's a really bad case. So bad I needed surgery as a babe. So now, after last season, it got worse and now if I run as fast as I could, I'd get REALLY, REALLY sick. So... that's where I'm at.

On a side note, right now I'm in love with the song "Tangled Up in Me" by Skye Sweetnam. It's sweetness chilled. And that's it for today.

First Post

Hi! This is my first blog and first post of that first blog, so I'm basically just learning. I got the idea of a blog from a manga I like called "Koko ni Iru Yo!" So, I don't really know how "popular" it will be or anything. I'm just here because I'd rather do this than write in a diary. For some reason, it's somewhat easy to tell a stranger about your personal life. I won't give enough info for a person to stalk me or anything, but I will talk a lot.

What is it about blogs? "Koko ni Iru Yo!" is about a girl with a blog, and Chad from "Sonny with a Chance" has a blog, too. I suppose celebrities would do something like that, but now there's Twitter and Facebook, and stuff like that. I don't really like MySpace, Twitter's too annoying, and my parents won't let me have a Facebook. Thinking about it, they probably wouldn't let me have a blog, but they don't really know, so...

I guess I'll play with format later on, but write now I'm more focused on writing. I won't post a lot, especially during school, because I don't have time, but I will when I have time, or I'm bored. I kind of want to be a writer when I grow, but I really don't know about my future. I don't even know which college I want to go to. But then again, do I need to right now? I can't even drive.

I'm one of those impulsive people. I don't do crazy, dangerous, or self-destructive things, but I like life to spontaneous. Mmm... I'm guess I'm done with my first post. Thanks for reading!
